While waiting at a subway platform, you'll suddenly hear the sound of one of the trains hitting it's emergency brakes. The train in question has hit a person who fell onto the tracks, and it ends up screeching to a halt several dozen feet away from the platform you're standing on. The person plastered to the front of the train was holding an umbrella with a metal tip when they were hit and is still holding it. The train's sudden halt sends the umbrella flying towards your face, and it plunges point first through your eye and into your brain.
