There is a problem with your logic, the General section isn't for spam, its for general discussions. If you want it to be a spam forum, change the fucking name to spam forum. There's a flaw in your logic too. You can't infract someone just for posting in a thread, unless the thread was clearly made by a spam bot, and the person in question is commenting on that fact, instead of just reporting it. They have to be either off topic, double posting, saying something racist, etc, etc.
