With Marvel vs. Capcom, I don't own it or play it too much, but when I do I love it. It may not be a fact that it's the best of the best, but it's a helluvan opinion.

CAPCOM is a video game company. They're the ones who made the Street Fighter, Resident Evil, and lots of other games. MARVEL is ,of course, a comic book company.

It's Street Fighter versus all Marvel characters, basically.

Its characters from Marvel comics fighting characters from Capcom videogames in one big fighting game. The componies aren't fighting eachother, they just made a temporary partnership for profit and entertainment reasons.

Oh!! Makes sense now. You know, a few years back, the creators of City of Heroes actually got in trouble with Marvel about the hero designs with copywrite infractions, because many people decided to copy the whole Wolverine thing, and his name, and like completely bad mouthed the guy, and Marvel found out about it, and now you have to be original on the game, with elements from whatever hero you like. It's a good game, I like it... I can also do City of Villains, if I so please, but, I think I'll stick with the original... but, I hate how there's like barely anyone on... D:
