Well, I'm working on it. What more do you want? Sheesh.

Alright in srs bisns mode now:
I'm done with the buttons at the top of the screen. (Yay!)
I know what I want to do with the forum buttons, like 'post new topic' and such. (Almost yay!)
I can't get the banner to work right (Insert 'awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww' here)

I'd like it if someone could help me with the banner animation (I'm looking at you, Shifts.)
