Lame and fast paced. I suggest adding something to spicen it up a bit. All you did was open a ton of different layers and use brush strokes, I think you might of used the blur affact a bit to...

Nope, wrong by the entire image. You hardly ever use a brush in GIMP.

Then do Difference clouds instead, NOT Plasma.

>>Blur
>>>Motion Blur
Set it to zoom and a length of around 60.
>Filters
>>Distorts
>>>Whirl and Pinch
Make the Whirl angle at 160.
Duplicate your layer (should still be BG layer).
Make the duplicate Whirl and Pinch at -390.
The lighten only on layer type, and then you just merge and adjust the colors.

Its still boring and lame, really I have a fealing that everything you added to that piece was completely random. Really it just has no spice or exciting factor about it at all, no meaning either. Just a crappy doodle.
