Our arguement was never about fuckin' Christians anyway! It was about your damn ignorance to Satanism, and you represent your opinions so fucking poorly its hard to believe that you don't live in a damn asylum!
Damian, heres a tip, you shouldn't let people this retarded moderate, or have anything to do with your somehow still improving work. Its bad for the long run, INTY is fine...... riku might be fine..... thats about it... I might be forgetting some.

Well, sorry, I haven't abused my moderating powers at all, just debating. I think that you really need to calm down. I'm sorry if I have done something wrong, now please inform me more on satanism, this way I may understand it more.

Re: Religious Debates 2: The Return
Satanism is the worship of Satan in layback terms.
now before you get all pissed at these people, they're just like us, who worship god. Only they worship the devil.
Ya, i beat that into him when this site was made,

Thats not debating, its blurting/typing put whatever pops up in your mind. Which is a form of retardism.

I'm not in the mood to explain something. Just look it up. And the only reason I lost my cool is due to your retarded asses. I never said you abused your moderating power, in fact, you barely USE it at all.
EDIT: @Riku, thats not me being me. When your stupid, you don't belong in general society. It pisses me off that they believe they know what truth is. Which, know one really does. It REALLY pisses me off when people accuse me of being pissed. Also, you didn't beat ANYTHING into me when this forum was made... you might be talking about someone else though... I really have no idea what you are saying.

Alright, you see I haven't had to use it yet. If there was need then I would, but there wasn't. And, I am sorry for being a "retarded ass". And well, I was just typing what I believed in, thought, and felt.

Its one thing to post what you believe in and feel. Its an entirely different thing to post it like a moron. You have to post it using at least a moderate portion of intelligence.

Re: Religious Debates 2: The Return
You're such a great person, high five! Anyway, maybe we should just stop yelling at each other and get back to debating. Alright, what is your opinion on, say, the beliefs of the ancient Greeks? You know, Zues, Ares, Athena, etc.

I don't believe it. I mean, it all has been completely disproved. But, Greek Mythology is a fun subject to research.

Yeah, lets just state what we know, it is a very interesting topic. Favorite Greek God, Ares. I like the Roman portrayal of him more.

Re: Religious Debates 2: The Return
The Roman Republic was to stupid to come up with their own religion so they basically copied Greek Mythology, and now THEY are the ones with the planet names. Personally I enjoy Athena, the Greek goddess of Wisdom. Or maybe Artemis, the Goddess of the hunt.

They thought it was perfectly normal."

My favorite Greek god is Apollo, mainly for the scene in Book I of The Iliad where he takes down the population of an entire town with a bow and arrow.

Re: Religious Debates 2: The Return
Apollo is way overdone in books, there a quite a few where he is way overpowered.

.....He's a god. In general, gods can't be 'overpowered', on account of the fact that they're, I don't know, GODS?

I don't think I've ever read the "Illiad" I'll have to check it out from the library as soon as I am finished with "The History of Australia".

Re: Religious Debates 2: The Return
The Iliad wrote:The old man feared him and obeyed. Not a word he spoke, but went by the shore of the sounding sea and prayed apart to King Apollo whom lovely Leto had borne. "Hear me," he cried, "O god of the silver bow, that protectest Chryse and holy Cilla and rulest Tenedos with thy might, hear me oh thou of Sminthe. If I have ever decked your temple with garlands, or burned your thigh-bones in fat of bulls or goats, grant my prayer, and let your arrows avenge these my tears upon the Danaans."
Thus did he pray, and Apollo heard his prayer. He came down furious from the summits of Olympus, with his bow and his quiver upon his shoulder, and the arrows rattled on his back with the rage that trembled within him. He sat himself down away from the ships with a face as dark as night, and his silver bow rang death as he shot his arrow in the midst of them. First he smote their mules and their hounds, but presently he aimed his shafts at the people themselves, and all day long the pyres of the dead were burning.
Dun da duuuuuuuuuuuuun!

No, he's just overused in different things of literature, and a lot of the other Gods aren't mentioned as much or shown as powerful, please calm down Damian.Damian wrote:.....He's a god. In general, gods can't be 'overpowered', on account of the fact that they're, I don't know, GODS?
