--Comics--

Post by Damian on Sun Nov 29, 2009 8:35 pm

So, I am a huuuge comic nerd (and goddamn proud of it, too).

So, I'm just wondering, is anyone else here a comic geek? If not, does anyone here like comics, or am I just admin-spamming into a void?

I don't quite qualify as a nerd, but I do buy comics both old and new.

okay, now that I am aware that there is at least a small group of comic readers here, I ask:
What comics do you read?

I like Batman comics, specifically those written by Mark Miller (who also wrote the comic series Wanted), and I have an inexplicable love for the old Dick Sprang Batman comics (you know, the ones that resemble the Adam West t.v. show.).

I have a SHIT LOAD of comics, some of which are worth over $700 (ain't that some shit?).

So, anyway, what comics do you all enjoy?

What, American Comics are way better, in my opinion. But, I read mostly the major ones, Batman, Superman, X-Men, Spiderman, and most importantly the best superhero of all time CAPTAIN AMERICA! He is awesome. And I also have a few others, like Batman Vs. Predator and Venom Vs. Carnage. Oh and Marvel owns DC.

He is amazing! The shield, utterly awesome, if that makes any sense.

I read Spiderman, X-Men, Batman, Ghost Rider, Spawn, Justice League, and I'm planning on reading Watchmen. I'll read any comic series really, if it's good. I also read Japanese and Korean manga.
